East Africa being the land of contrast with beautiful landscape , plenty of wildlife; this tour will cover park of the great rifty valley,  Lake Naivasha -Hell’s Gate National park, Lake Nakuru National Park famous for its huge flocks of pink flamingos as well as a rich diversity of other wildlife; Lions, leopards, warthogs, waterbucks, pythons, and white rhinos. Thereafter proceeding towards Masai Mara. This is where the great wildebeest migration is a spectacle to behold for any would be visitor to Kenya mainly in July and August of each year. Itinerary

Day 1Nairobi Area/ Airport - Lake Naivasha.

We will pick you up from your respective hotel /Airport, and then depart for Hells Gate National park ( lake Nivasha) with stops at view-points to marvel at the scenic Great rift valley escarpment. On arrival, enjoy  Cycling as you watch some Common Zebras, Giraffes, Warthogs, Hartbeests, African Buffaloes and Gazelles. Also hike on the famous Gorge. later proceed to the Lodge for lunch as well as check in at the Lodge. Afternoon enjoy boat trip to the lake to view hippos, birds and other kinds of African wildlife (at extra Cost). Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort or Lake Naivasha Sawela, (Full Board).

Day 2:Lake Naivasha - Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, drive through Tea and Coffee plantations, Thomson falls and the Equator to Lake Nakuru National Park. Game drives en route before checking in at the Lodge or camp. Afternoon game drive takes you to the lake to view Flamingoes and pelicans also spot White/Black Rhinos, Rothschild Giraffe, Waterbucks and other kinds of African wildlife. The Lake Forest attracts a wide variety of birds. Dinner and overnight at Flamingo Hill tented camp or Lake Nakuru Safari Lodge, (Full Board).

 

Day 3:Lake Nakuru National Park - Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, drive along the Great Rift Valley, passing by the extinct volcano of Mount Longonot en route to Masai Mara Game Reserve, arriving for lunch. Relax until 16:00 Hours time for evening game drive with a chance to see the Big Five; Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo and the Leopard; Spot herds of Wildebeests, Zebras, Gazelles, Impalas and Masai Giraffes and other kinds of African wildlife in this fascinating wildlife paradise. Dinner and overnight at Camp Oloshaiki or Mara Leisure Camp or Basecamp Explorer or Zebra Plains Mara Camp, (Full Board).

Day 4:Masai Mara National Reserve

Spend a whole day viewing wildlife in Masai Mara Game reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. Have a chance to see the “BIG FIVE”: Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo and Leopard. Wildebeests, Zebras, Cheetahs and Gazelles, other kinds of African wildlife can also be easily spotted. Witness the famous wildebeests (Gnu) and zebra migration from Serengeti (Tanzania) to Maasai Mara (Kenya) between July to September; this movement is one of world wonders. Masai Mara being the stomping ground of the Great Migration, a massive accumulation of 1.5 million wildebeest, 200,000 zebras and 350,000 gazelles stretching their legs over 1,200 miles in an annual race to find enough water and green grass for their survival. Day 5:Masai Mara Game Reserve- Isbenia Boarder - Serengeti National Park.

Early Morning breakfast and then start long game drives across the Mara; stop for lunch (lunch boxes) on your way to Serengeti National park. The park is plains of endless grass, tinged with the twisted shadows of acacia trees, have made it the quintessential image of a wild and untarnished Africa. Its large stone kopjes are home to rich ecosystems, and the sheer magnitude and scale of life that the plains support is staggering. On arrival in Serengeti National Park; game drives on the way to the lodge. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge or Serengeti Serena Lodge, (Full board).

 

Day 6: Serengeti National Park

Spend a whole day in Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. Experience the undisturbed nature in this famous game park. Wildebeests, Zebras, Cheetahs and Gazelles, other kinds of African wildlife can also be easily spotted. Witness the famous wildebeests (Gnu) and zebra migration from Serengeti (Tanzania) to Maasai Mara (Kenya) between July to September; this movement is one of world wonders. Day 7:Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater

Depart after breakfast for Ngorongoro Conservation Area, arriving for early lunch (Lunch Boxes). Descend to the floor of the crater (12.30 Hrs) for game viewing in this unique park which is often called ‘Africa’s Eden and the ‘8th Natural Wonder of the World. A visit to the crater is a main draw card for tourists coming to Tanzania and a definite world-class attraction. Within the crater rim, large herds of zebra and wildebeest graze nearby while sleeping lions laze in the sun. At dawn, the endangered black rhino returns to the thick cover of the crater forests after grazing on dew laden grass in the morning mist. Just outside the crater’s ridge, tall Masaai herd their cattle and goats over green pastures through the highland slopes, living alongside the wildlife as they have for centuries. You will be transferred to Ol dupai gorge for a 45 Min lecture on the evolution of man. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge or Ngorongoro Serena Lodge (Full board).

Day 8:Ngorongoro Crater - Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast depart to Lake Manyara National Park, arriving time for Lunch as well as check- in at the Lodge. The park famous spectacle is the tree-climbing lions, which are occasionally seen along branches of Acacia trees. Manyara is Maasai words for a plant used by local people in making living stockades for their livestock .After lunch relax until time for afternoon game drive with a chance to see Tree climbing Lions and other kinds of African wildlife. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge, (Full board).

 

Day 9:Lake Manyara National Park - Tarangire National Park

Depart after breakfast for Tarangire National Park with game drive en route to the Lodge Lunch as well as check in.  The park is named after the Tarangire River that flows through the park and retains a real air of undiscovered Africa, particularly in the south of the park . The swamps, tinged green year round, are the focus for 550 bird varieties, the largest number of species in one habitat anywhere in the world; on drier ground, the Kori bustard – the heaviest flying bird – can be found. After lunch relax until time for the afternoon game drive giving you a chance to see different kinds of wildlife including Jumbo Elephants. Dinner and overnight at Tarangire Safari Lodge or Tarangire Sopa Lodge, (Full board).

Day 10:Tarangire National Park - Arusha

Early morning game drives followed by a breakfast. After breakfast proceed with last game drives en route to Arusha, with lunch on the way, Later drop off at your respective Hotel, (Breakfast & Lunch).
